these were particular interesting times - Authorities were loosing there their tish - no idea what to do with this behaviour - obviously stick ups, drugs, all crime, became a popular sport - related - it gets more intense....just warming up .. welcome to a life of HYPE - street life - and we havent even warmed up yet -..
what i need to say is this is very graffiti early days, the government
didnt know what to do with this....no graff shops, no bizzo related...a couple , in the world, if any.....this is very new..
very concerning for the authorities at this stage...
...It doesnt stay like madness - it changers...any concerned
parents, as there seems to be couple, this is what it was...
